The Brief
Set up an exhibition and create installations using given technology: Arduino, RFID-chip, phidget or Wii remote to exhibit.
About the Project
120 students worked hard in teams to produce their installations.
A bigger team worked in parallel to organize the exhibit. The exhibit was a success, lasting two days and hosting 1000 visitors.

The Process
Me and my classmate Oskar Spångberg were the Project Managers from Stockholm. We collaborated with two Project Managers from Karskrona to coordinate all the work for the exhibition. Getting 120 students to work towards the same goal didn’t show up to be the easiest task, but having smaller teams to be responsible for different areas and continious meetings made it work out well.
