I’m a Creative Producer with a big passion for creating products and services that makes our everyday life a bit easier or just more fun.

I push projects forward with a motivating leadership truly believing that communication and teamwork are the two keys to sucessful results. I enjoy working with Agile methods such as Scrum for projects that it suits.

I’ve studied Digital Media at Hyper Island in Stockholm. This education has given me tools to use and opportunities to facilitate workshops in Creative Thinking and Idea Generation in Stockholm and New York. Right now I’m working as a Project Manager at Doberman.

It resulted in Whydeo, a communication platform that allows people from all over the world to ask and reply to questions using their webcams.

The Process

I worked as a Production Manager in the development team which consisted of me and three developers. We chose to work Agile adopting scrum as our main method. It was a really good way of working for this type of project since we were a small team working with a flexible scope. This is a case movie showing our process from pregnancy to birth of whydeo.com

We took inspiration from the static camera shots in the movies Napoleon Dynamite and Gentlemen Broncos.

The Brief
Set up an exhibition and create installations using given technology: Arduino, RFID-chip, phidget or Wii remote to exhibit.

About the Project
120 students worked hard in teams to produce their installations.

A bigger team worked in parallel to organize the exhibit. The exhibit was a success, lasting two days and hosting 1000 visitors.

My Role
Project Manager for the exhibition

The Process

Me and my classmate Oskar Spångberg were the Project Managers from Stockholm. We collaborated with two Project Managers from Karskrona to coordinate all the work for the exhibition. Getting 120 students to work towards the same goal didn’t show up to be the easiest task, but having smaller teams to be responsible for different areas and continious meetings made it work out well.
